Very eagerly to do it
To place your presents
Wrapped himself
Under the tree.

My best friend
Gives his master
As much attention.

Showing his love
A valued member of
The family.

That deserves
An extra pat
A little bit of
Extra cookies and
A munchy bone too
With a ribbon
Tied round it.

It’s the bare minimum
You can do for him
Because if you don’t
Come though.

It’s unconditional
Doggy love, he will
Shower pee on your
Christmas Tree.
